A&Z #1026 - professional eater Randy Santel versus Big Boss Blue Sky Kitchen's "Big Boss" New Mexican Green Chili Cheesesteak and Burger Food Truck Challenge hosted by our friend James and his food truck Big Boss Blue Sky Kitchen. The event was hosted inside Brew Lab 101 which the food truck is parked outside 6 days per week (not on Tuesdays). My beautiful girlfriend ‪@KatinaEatsKilos‬ gave me for Christmas a trip to Albuquerque, New Mexico to spend a few days with my friend Scott and his girlfriend Mattie. We also each attempted 2 food challenges to celebrate the end of a great 2021 and the start of a hopefully incredible 2022. For food challenge event #1, we traveled to Rio Rancho, NW which is northwest of Albuquerque to help kick off the new "Big Boss" New Mexican Green Chili Cheesesteak and Burger Food Truck Challenge hosted by our friend James and his food truck Big Boss Blue Sky Kitchen. I had 40 minutes to feast on 5 menu items and a few beers courtesy of Brew Lab 101. Both are Breaking Bad themed since the show was filmed and took place in Albuquerque. We were in New Mexico, so everything had lots of spicy green chilies too!! I was trying to win my $40 meal free plus a spot on the Wall of Fame!! Thanks to James and his team plus Scott and his Brew Lab 101 in Rio Rancho, New Mexico for the delicious food, drinks, and hospitality!! Thanks also to the people who came that Thursday night in late December to watch and meet us!! I appreciate everyone in Rio Rancho, NM and all around New Mexico who watches videos and supports our hard efforts!! There is one more Albuquerque video upcoming!!

Big Boss Blue Sky Kitchen Food Truck's "Big Boss" Challenge in Rio Rancho, New Mexico ($40):

- Our friend James started Big Boss Blue Sky Kitchen Food Truck a few years ago and is stationed every day except for Tuesdays, outside of Brew Lab 101 in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
- The food truck and Brew Lab 101 are both Breaking Bad themed since the show was filmed and took place in Albuquerque. If you watched the show, you will recognize some names!!
- There is a 40 minute time limit to finish 5 giant menu items and win the $40 meal free plus a spot on the food truck's Wall of Fame. The shirt won in the video came thankfully from Brew Lab 101.
- There is a "Heisenberg" double cheeseburger with a fried egg plus green chilies and lots more.
- There is a "Duke" cheesesteak with green chilies, onions, and Hot Link sent from Seattle, WA.
- There is a Hot Link and then a single patty green chili cheeseburger which was extra delicious!!
- Finally, and the toughest part - a ~2lb platter of "Duke" loaded crinkle cut fries topped with green chilies, cheesesteak, a Hot Link, and more.
- Please call ahead and schedule your challenge with James if you are interested in trying it too.
