BIRRIA RECIPE
In this video I did
2 pounds of beef short rib
4 guallio Chile
1 pasilla chile
Half of an onion
6 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp Mexican oregano
2 bay leaves
3 cups of water
3 cups beef broth
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 cup tomato puree * optional


Quick Mexican Rice
1 cup long-grain rice
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 tbs garlic powder
1/2 tbs onion powder
1/2 tbs chicken bouillon
1 tsp cumin
1 tbs oil
Cook , salt + pepper to taste


Quick creamy beans
2 cans pinto beans
1 tbs oil
1/2 tbs garlic powder
1/2 tbs onion powder
1/2 tbs chicken bouillon
1 tsp cumin
1/4 cup of milk, half & half or a couple tbs of heavy cream and some water
Cook , salt + pepper to taste
Mash until thick and creamy
Add water if its too thicccc
