Fushimi Inari Shrine in Kyoto! We visit the Fushimi Inari-taisha shrine which is famous for its 10,000 red torii gates, seeing them all as we hike up Mt. Inari in Japan's chilly fall rain. The hike is about 3 miles long and takes between 2 and 3 hours. It was well worth it though, as the Fushimi Inari Shrine was a magical experience and my favorite thing from the trip to Japan.
