I’m in back Pakistan after 15 years! This is part TWO of my series on my first impressions of Islamabad, and I’m now discussing the best things about being here. While I'm not overwhelmed by Islamabad, I'm also not underwhelmed by it, I think it's a great "medium" place :)

Islamabad is a diverse, organized and safe place to kickstart your travels through Pakistan, and definitely worth the trip. From the food, the lovely people and the verdant mountain views and nature, there is so much to love about Islamabad.
