----------
*Ingredients:*
- 1 tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
- 1 cup Milk Powder
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
- Caster Sugar (for coating)
- Chopped Pistachios (for garnish)

*Equipment:*
- Flower shape mould (optional)

*Instructions:*

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of clarified butter (ghee) on a low flame in a non-stick pan. Be sure to keep the heat low to prevent burning the ingredients.

2. Add 1 cup of milk powder to the heated ghee. Stir continuously and roast it on low flame until it turns golden brown. This may take a few minutes, so be patient and keep stirring to avoid burning the milk powder.

3. Once the milk powder reaches a golden brown color and has a nice aroma, add 1/2 cup of milk. Mix it well to form a dough-like consistency. Continue to cook for a few more minutes until the mixture thickens.

4. When the mixture reaches the desired texture, turn off the flame and let it cool slightly. It should be cool enough to handle but still warm.

5. Add 1/4 cup of powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder to the mixture. Mix it well to incorporate the sugar and cardamom powder. The mixture should hold its shape.

6. If you have flower-shaped molds, you can use them for a decorative touch. Take a small portion of the mixture and press it into the mold. Carefully remove the shaped peda from the mold. If you don't have molds, you can shape the mixture into small round discs by hand.

7. Coat the pedas with caster sugar to give them a sweet outer layer.

8. Garnish the pedas with chopped pistachios on top for added flavor and visual appeal.

9. Your Instant Homemade Mathura Pedas are ready to be enjoyed. Let them cool completely before serving. Store any leftovers in an airtight container..
