1 and 1/2 cups Bulgar wheat
1 cup oats (Walmart brand quick oats)
2 and 1/2 cups coconut milk in total( 1 and 1/2 to blend oats and add the rest to bulgar.)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cardamom
1 cinnamon stick
3 and 1/2 cups water plus additional water to rinse blender and add to pot.
