The "PUTTING STROKE" Chip Shot | Tiger Woods
Chip Shots are MUCH EASIER DOING THIS!
Would you like to improve your chipping around the green? Do you find yourself thinning the ball at times along the ground or worse still chunking your chips? Don't worry, the solution is much easier than you think. In this chipping lesson, ALL the Chipping fundamentals are revealed! Not just some, like most golf channels like to do. BTW, if you're coming from the Danny Maude channel: Note the hands are forward of the ball at address for this style of leading edge "putting stroke" chip (the hands are not directly above the ball. that's only for chips when using the bounce like Scottie Scheffler explains). Having the hands forward of the ball at address helps ensure the hands lead the clubhead through impact for what's known on tour as an "leading edge chip". Like I said, all the chipping fundamentals that are used by the best players on tour are in this short game lesson. so enjoy the video and start chipping better around the green today! All WE ASK in return from you is to take a few seconds of your time to like and leave a comment before ya go. That's it! Cheers and long ashes to ya. - Golf Secrets

Tiger woods: I'll be here yeah and be kind of wrapping it that way swing it out to the right with it. Scottie Scheffler: and you use the toe less resistance? Tiger: yeah I'm trying to get the the heel as high as I can that's what Raymond Floyd always tell me yeah and then get your get your hand up there like that and stand as close as you can to it so and just hit little baby hooks yeah basically that feel weird to you no not really it's a little closer than I normally am but yep it's a little closer than I normally am but yep but you're also a lot taller too yeah [Music] but you're also a lot taller too yeah but when you hook it it actually runs up that slow if I don't put a hook spin on it won't get up the hill correct so my hands being on the front side of the golf ball having the hands slightly higher than you would on a normal golf shot only because you're a little bit closer now from there I'd like to feel most of my weight on my left ball on my foot to ensure that you know I I I feel very comfortable chipping like this just because I like to have that descending blow on on the golf ball so by feeling my weight on my left ball on my foot hands on the front side of the golf ball ensures that my hands are always going to be leading the club head into the golf ball so you don't get in that motion playing on a Bermuda it's just it's just so hard to trust that it's going to come out the same every time especially out of like just a little bit just a little just a little bit like that I just like man I don't know but this way I can you can just throw the toe in there and correct there we go y there we go calling not a boy Whoa well done I'm just following you let's go let's go baby anybody got any advice there you go yeah well done you got there there you go yeah well done you got there right all right all right woo good job woo good jot Oh short Oh short sit yeah feeling very alone back here is it me now that one there you play pretty standard yeah there you go it there you go it CH good shot good shot yes well done sh I'll take that one good shot go how far short go how far short just a little quick FL 6et come on Tommy put me out of my misery please no I guess thought that was how far short is that 18 ft short wow I thought it's closer than that shot just too grainy to go that way that checks hard oh that checks hard oh got the speed yeah winner winner asteris that's fine cleaning up photo shoot he's cleaning up around the world Jam well done mate thank you I feel like I deserve [Laughter] it that's tough you think about it that's out
