Hello everyone, welcome to my channel "Enjoy cooking at home" today we will cook together the most delicious donuts at home. This recipe is very simple and you can easily cook it at home following the details in the video. Full details are written in the description too.
To make a good memory, we need the following materials:
egg
Sugar
vanilla
Oil
yogurt
flour
baking powder
Chocolate
and colored truffles for decoration

First, break an egg in a bowl
Then add sugar (4 tbsp)
Finally, add vanilla (1 tsp)
And mix them well using a hand mixer
Add oil to the obtained mixture (5 tbsp)
The same with yogurt (5 tbsp)
Mix again with a hand mixer until smooth
Using a sieve, add flour to the container (16 tbsp)
Stir with a hand mixer
Add baking powder (1 tsp)
Stir with a hand mixer
Add the flour again with a sieve to the dish (16 tbsp)
Finally, knead the dough with your hands until it becomes smooth and not sticky
Flatten the dough with a rolling pin (about 5 mm thick).
and cut it with a mold (if you don't have a mold, you can use a glass to cut it)
Fry the donuts in very hot oil (the duration of frying each donut in hot oil does not take more than a few seconds, be careful not to fry them too much)
Our delicious donuts are ready. You can cover them with melted chocolate or chocolate sauce and use colored truffles (or pistachio powder as desired) to decorate them.
