'Rosa del ciel' (Rose of heaven) from Monteverdi's 1607 opera L'Orfeo, with new music composed by Jasdeep Singh Degun.

Performed by British tenor Nicholas Watts and British-Tamil Carnatic singer Ashnaa Sasikaran.

This music will feature in 'Orpheus', an adventurous new production of the ancient tragedy told through a meeting of the worlds of Indian and western early music.
