Wondering how to take control away from a narcissist?

One of the best ways in my humble opinion, is going no contact with a narcissist. ( although it is not perfect as they may resort to stalking, amongst other things )

Think you have a Narcissistic parent, specifically a narcissistic mother?

If you are searching for signs of a narcissistic mother, you should speak with a mental health professional as non-professionals like you and I can only notice if a person has narcissistic tendencies (things to do with their personality, behavior and other abuse)
