#Kajjaya#adirasam#Anarasa, Today's video is based on instant kajjaya, kajjaya is the famous sweet prepared during deepavali, jaggery and rice are main ingredients, kajjaya is crispier from outside and softer from inside, Acutally preparing kajjaya atta is difficult because most of the times is won't properly due to consistency, most of the new comers will face difficulties while preparing kajjya, so, I have shown most easiest way to prepare kajjaya anybody can prepare this dish, it does not depends on consistency of jaggery like that,
it takes hardly 10Mins to prepare this receipe

Ingredients
1 glass Rice soaked for 4 hours or overnight
Jaggery 3/4th glass
sesame seeds 1 Tbsp
Poppy seeds 1 Tbsp
cardamom 2 to 3 crushed
