Today I received an apology email from Fanatec Customer Support. I'm assuming many others got it as well. Once again they are blaming their slow response times to "system and process" issues instead of just admitting they have sub par customer service and it needs a major overhaul. I don't know about you but I don't feel like this is the best way to address the situation and Fanatec customers deserve better in my opinion.
