In this video we will show you what to see in PONFERRADA, capital-city of El Bierzo region, at the Castilla-Leon area.

Ponferrada is considered as the Templar City because of its castle, its history and medieval traditions. Besides, we visited it in the weekend of the Templar night, usually the first weekend of July.

We loved the history of the castle, its walls, its old neighborhood... The City Hall Square is very lively, especially that weekend with a nice medieval market.

We also have to talk about its "botillo", its red wines...

So, Ponferrada is a perfect place to enjoy a weekend.
