We made this popular Indonesian street food from scratch! Juicy, homemade meatballs, MSG-free beef broth packed with umami flavour, a mix of yellow and rice noodles -- it's time to warm yourselves up with this freshly-made bowl of noodle soup.

Ingredients:
*Homemade Beef Balls
500G ground Beef
1 Egg white
1 Beef stock cube
3 tbsp Tapioca flour
1 tbsp Fried garlic
1 tbsp Fried shallot
½ tsp Baking powder
3 cubes Ice (to slow down cooking process)

*Homemade Beef Stock
2KG Beef bones
20g Ginger
3 tbsp Fried garlic
3 Cloves
1g White peppercorns
1 stick Cinnamon
2 stalks Spring onion

*Noodle to serve
Bok choy
Kecap Manis
400g Yellow noodle
300g Rice noodle
