Happy Halloween! Can I beat Pokémon Y with only Halloween/spooky themed Pokémon using Hardcore Nuzlocke Rules?

Pokémon considered as eligible encounters: All Ghost Types, Delphox, Beedrill*, Meowstic, Scolipede, Toxicroak, Crobat, Seviper, Absol, Malamar, Swoobat, Marowak, Houndoom (not available in Y), Skuntank, Drapion, Arbok, Liepard, Mightyena (not available in Y), Honchkrow, Ariados, Noivern, Noctowl

Normal Nuzlocke Ruleset:
1. Fainting = Death
2. Can only catch the first Spooky Pokémon on each Route (Species Clause)
3. Nickname Pokémon

Hardcore Nuzlocke Ruleset:
4. No items in battle (held items okay)
5. No leveling past the next gym leader/E4 (at the START of the battle)
6. Play on "Set" battle mode
