You can climb Mt. Takamuro, which has good access to the trailhead, has a toilet in the parking lot, is reasonably difficult to reach the summit, and has a 360-degree view.

The road to the parking lot after getting off the Meishin Expressway is a paved road with good access.
When climbing a mountain, the way to the trailhead is also important.
Access while being frightened by oncoming vehicles is quite tiring.

Be careful of the branch immediately after you start climbing the mountain trail of Mt. Takamuro.
Since it starts from a sudden climb, it will suffer soon after warming up.

It was a warm day, so I was wondering how much snow there was.
As the altitude rose, snow began to appear and the area near the summit became pure white.
However, it wasn't slippery snow, and I didn't have to wear crampons except on the slopes when descending the mountain.

The view from the top of the mountain is a 360-degree panorama.
I could see Mt. Ryozen, Mt. Oike, and the Hira Mountains on the other side of Lake Biwa nearby.
There was little wind and it was very easy to spend as a winter mountain peak.
