Rawa and oats - grind them fine
Baking soda and curd and heeng, salt, combine
Add water and mix slowly, just see
That your batter has the right consistency
Finely chop tomato onion herbs and capsicum
Mix them up, now we're ready to make some uttapam

May fortify your immunity, its healthy, and its yum!

Add a little oil to a flat hot pan
Ladle batter on it in a circle if you can
Sprinkle the chopped vegetables on this and press
Few drops of oil, wait and flip, I must confess
Making an uttapam will need your patience and time
Trying to speed it up will burn it, and that's a crime!
