宋溪（馬來語：Sungkai）是馬來西亞霹靂州馬登巴冷縣下轄的一個城鎮和巫金，也是縣內人口第三多的城鎮。其北面是美羅，南面則是慕亞林縣之地羅叻（Trolak）小鎮。宋溪的名稱來自於一種叫做"Sesungkai"的樹木，該樹木在宋溪河旁可見。

Sungkai (Malay: Sungkai) is a town and mukim under the jurisdiction of Batang Padang District, Perak State, Malaysia. It is also the third most populous town in the district. To the north is Bidor, and to the south is the small town of Trolak in Mualim District. The name of Sungkai comes from a tree called "Sesungkai" which can be seen beside the Sungkai River.
