Today I will restore an old hand saw and turn it into a useful and also decorative object.
I hope to surprise you with the final result of this project and its use.
This old carpenter's hand saw had a crooked blade and it would not have been optimal to use it for its purpose, so I decided to transform it.
For the rust removal I used a 3% citric acid solution and then cleaned the blade with a fine steel wool to maintain a vintage look.
The handle was sanded with 80 and 120 grit and for the finish I used water-based dye and wood wax that give it a retro look.
The recovery of old work tools always gives me a lot of satisfaction and gratification, I hope you enjoyed my work, I had a lot of fun, especially creating the intro and the outro.
