Full Recipe for Sooji Rusk-
Ingredients:
1 Cup - Semolina (Sooji)
1/4 Cup - Sugar
4 Green Cardamoms
1 Cup - Milk
1/4 Cup - Refined Oil
2 Tbsp - Milk Powder
1/2 Tsp - Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp - Baking Soda
1 Pinch Salt

Method:
1. Take a grinder jar. Add semolina, sugar, green cardamoms and milk to it. Blend it well.
2. Take it out in a bowl and keep aside to rest for 30 minutes.
3. After 30 minutes, add 1/4 cup refined oil to it and mix it well. Add milk powder, baking powder, baking soda and 1 pinch salt to it. Mix it well.
4. Take a cake mould and grease it with oil and all purpose flour. Pour sooji batter into the mould.
5. Bake it in preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes. After 35 minutes, take it out and let it cool down.
6. When it gets completely cool, then take it out in a plate and cut it into small pieces and place the pieces on a baking tray.
7. Bake them in a preheated oven at 160°C for 15 minutes.
8. After 15 minutes, flip them and bake again in a preheated oven at 160°C for 15 minutes from other side. Your sooji rusk is ready to serve with tea.
