Purchased the Department of Boost Titanic Heat Exchanger during their last sale. This is part 1 of the How to install on your 05-14 S197 Car.
Was straight forward install. Took roughly 1hr. I did have to trim the air deflectors as shown in the video with my die grinder. Again this is the largest heat exchanger you can run, no modifications if you bought their Super single or other brands. I went with this one so i do not have to run the trunk tank.
You will need to purchase -20 AN ORB fittings to 3/4 hose barb, or -12an barb to push the factory hoses back on to connect to this heat exchanger.
Tools Needed:
10mm socket
7mm Socket
21mm Socket to remove lugnuts
Flat head screw driver
Clip removal tool
Die Grinder or Cut off wheel
Coolant
