For the traditional dough
2 cups AP flour
1/2 cup hot water
1tsp salt
1 cup chopped green onion
Sesame oil to coat
Salt to season
Or if you want to use the paste
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp flour

Dipping sauce

1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp hot oil or sriracha or sambal
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 Clove minced garlic
1tsp toasted sesame seeds
