In this vlog video we are showing the making of Afghani Naan bread in hot mud tandoor and Namkeen Mutton Rosh Afghan in clay handi in the heat chember of mud stove with the direct touch of wooden burnt coal and retained heat. In this preparation you will see how we cook and create taste and amazing texture in our recipes using very basic and traditional methods. We develop heavenly taste and aroma in Mutton rosh using just simple available ingredients. We would like to say that real flavours ,texture and top notch aroma we develop in our recipe only by using these very conventional but instict methods which can not be developed in pressure cooker or Steel cookware on gas or electric stoves. But Mutton rosh Namkeen can be easily cooked in pressure cooker at home also but that level of heavenly flavours ,aroma and amazing texture can never be developed. We always love to cook and eat in our outdoor kitchen. Traditional Afghani naan soft bread and Mutton dum rosh prepared inside mud stove on slow heat in clay handi is best combination in Lunch or dinner.
It is not merely Cooking when when the whole family engages and cook something what we love most and spend time together.
