5 things to avoid in poor ovarian reserve

Poor ovarian reserve is a condition where, females are unable to conceive with their own egg and therefore, suffer from tremendous mental stress. Sometimes their family relationships also are in turmoil, due to this. When somebody is diagnosed with poor or low ovarian reserve, then she needs to remember following things:

1. To avoid getting depressed and stressed. Generally, females with this condition become emotionally broken and often they get so much depressed that they avoid all form of treatments. But in those cases doctors are unable to help them.
2. Often females blame themselves regarding this condition and think that they are responsible for their fertility problems. But this is a problem which might happened due to ovarian cyst, endometriosis, genetic reason, age factor etc. So she should not blame herself.
3. Many a time changing the doctor is an option couple opt and thought that different types of treatment may give them good result. But it may delay the process more.
4. Often they ask for some medication which will increase their egg count. But females are born with some finite numbers of eggs in their ovaries. Egg cannot be created or its number cannot be increased inside the body with any kind of medication.
5. To avoid people who are not positive minded, they will always make the situation worse and not to get discouraged by anybody as medical science is developing day by day and a discussion with your fertility specialist may give you the right direction to succeed in this journey.
