This smoothie is inspired by Chris Wark in his 'Chris Beat Cancer' cookbook. I modified it a bit, and sometimes I'll add or omit some of the ingredients. It's a well-rounded smoothie with multiple health benefits and I highly recommend it.
I'll link the blog to it here ππΌ".................." once I'm finished with it. It'll go in depth about the health benefits and the measurements for the recipe.
