Flying the 0.1cc home made model diesel engine I completed last year. I have always wanted to give it a try on the nose of a suitable model but the handling charasteristics of the small Nano engine are not the most easy and the 40g stick and tissue model is not the most rigid airframe so some challenges were to be expected.
After all the engine behaved nicely and it was indeed possible to get it going on the nose of such a fragile airframe.

The tank system did fail this time, the engine going lean all the time while being launched. Going to have to take a look at the tank department.. Until next time!
