The video offers the most comprehensive look yet at Ariana Grande playing Glinda and Cynthia Erivo playing Elphaba. The story opens with Michelle Yeoh as the headmistress of Shiz University, where Grande's Glinda and Erivo's Elphaba are paired up as roommates. As Glinda gives Elphaba a makeover, Grande can be heard singing "Popular," one of the most famous songs from the theatrical production.
