Today, I'm going to make delicious soybean paste with Jeongwoljang.
I always make Jeongwoljang with good soy sauce because of its low salinity.
I'll try to make a bet with the fermented soybean paste that I made myself at home.
Ingredients for the Lunar New Year's Day
Meju 6kg
6kg of salt.
Water purifier Water 18L
Charcoal, jujube, dried red pepper
