A DIY auto mechanic describes must-have tips to Drain & Refill transmission fluid on a 2015 Toyota RAV4 transmission.

Common symptoms of old and dirty transmission fluid are tachometer readings near or above, increase fuel consumption, 2,000 RPMs at constant speeds between 45 and 60 MPH, and Eco Mode disengaging during normal acceleration.

1. 4-quarts of ATF World Standard (WS) or equivalent transmission fluid.
2. Magnetic Drain Plug and washer
