Reconnecting with Purpose is a 5-month program offering a welcoming and trustworthy space for farm and food system educators in NY to explore professional challenges, to re-engage with unique strengths and capacities to address them, and to renew a sense of inspiration and purpose in their work and lives. Throughout two retreats and 4 monthly Peer Learning Circles, participants are invited on a journey of reflections individually and in small groups that draw on the wisdom and pedagogy of the Center for Courage and Renewal. While each person has a unique experience in the Program, this video captures some of the impacts described in participants’ voices. The project is sponsored by Northeast SARE professional development funding and is aligned with principles and practices of Circles of Trust®.
