In the first brew day after deep cleaning the brewery, I make 2 beers from one recipe. Sierra Nevada Pale Ale (repeat) and Intergalactic Pale Ale - a version based on Galaxy hops.
I brewed a double batch of the SNPA malt bill and then split the batch in two after the sparge. The hop schedule is identical - 90, 60, 30 and 0 minutes - but adjusting the amount to end up with the same IBU's.
