Instructions:
Before starting, wear protective eyewear, turn off the rocker switch, and disconnect the power cord. You'll need a 1/2” socket on an impact drill, and 3/32, and 1/8 Allen keys. Apply blue loctite to all set screws.

Start by loosening the four set screws on the oiling block and motor side connections with the 1/8 Allen key. Then, loosen the set screws on the bearing block with the 3/32 Allen key. Next, remove the two bolts securing the bearing block to the basket using the 1/2” socket on a drill. Set them aside for reuse.

Now remove the spring drive from connections. If the vibration bushing is inside the bearing block, remove it. Insert the new spring drive through the bearing block, ensuring the bearing faces the motor. Apply blue loctite to set screws and install the oiling block side connection. Ensure that it is fully inserted and tighten. Install the motor side connection, apply blue loctite, and tighten set screws. Slide the new vibration bushing flush with the bearing on the bearing block. Apply blue loctite to set screws, and tighten slightly. Align the bearing block with the basket holes, loosely screw the bolts, and tighten with the 1/2” socket. Now compress the vibration bushing tightly with the 3/32 Allen key. When spinning the spring drive manually, ensure the bearing block bearing moves with it, confirming proper tightening.
