GLADIATOR BODY DAY 6 BREAKDOWN:
•10 minutes of jumping rope to warmup
•Tabata full range squats/10 rounds
•20 minute dumbbell circuit
-hammer curls
-dumbbell overhead press
-bicep curls
-side laterals
(Do as much reps as possible without stopping. When you feel you need to stop, go on to the next exercise)
•10 minutes of continuous punching to end
