Today I am reviewing the "Worlds Best Baker's Scaffold" by ‪@scaffoldmartdotcom‬ I have been putting off buying a scaffold for a couple years now. I need one pretty much every day, and will need it for at least two more years — possibly more between the woodshop, the garage, and the tiny house. But it is a hard pill to swallow because once your done, the thing may sit for many years before it's needed again, but when I was working with the neighbor's scaffold, I had two platforms, and found that the unit was far more useful that way. The 'bench' platform held all of my tools and supplies, and all of that rolled along with me as I worked. I also envisioned turning it into a shelving unit when done, which would be ideal because it has a big load capacity, and is on wheels so it can me rolled out of the way when needed, and emptied to be used as a scaffold again at any time!

I searched for something like this, but didn't find what I was looking for until after I made this purchase. Don't get me wrong, this is a great scaffold, but a search of their website show's me that the platforms are not sold separately, and they don't make shelves for the unit. I will be contacting them about this, but I'm amazed they haven't thought of this yet. A big barrier for the average homeowner/handyman is what to do with a scaffold once the job is done. Solve that problem, and sell a lot more scaffolds. Easy peasy lemon squeezy 😉
