Up-and-down, breathing exercise is a great way to open up the energy and your body through breath work combined with neck, rotations to relax the neck and upper back areas.

Warning: for those of you, that experience, dizziness, fainting, vertigo, or any symptoms similar to that it is best to skip this exercise, or do it sitting down in a chair. If you decide to sit in a chair, make sure to take 30 seconds to a minute after you’re done with your exercise to ensure that you are feeling fine before standing up.
