I am camped at a place between Flagstaff and Sedona called, The Edge of the World. It's on the edge of the Mogollon Rim and overlooks Sedona. Wonderful views all around.

I drove a little around the edge to see the views from different vantage points. Then I made some amazing lentil soup in my thermal cooker. A thermal cooker is an insulated container that just uses the heat already in the pot to continue cooking. It's also called thermos cooking. Some people will cook something halfway and put it in a thermos and then take it to work. By lunch, it's cooked and still hot! My lentil soup is the bomb, BTW!! :-)
