I have the best password manager for beginners line-up. For this video, I’ve picked the top 3 providers that are reliable and easy to use and will cover their main functions.
-----------------------------------------------

🗻 NordPass

NordPass password manager has a clear and intuitive design. Everything was easy to find, for example folders with my information are on the left side.

🔑 Generating passwords with NordPass

Generating a new password with NordPass is quite simple. With just a few clicks I can get a strong customizable password. I can also generate a passphrase password from 3 to 10 words, which is useful if I’d need to remember it.

📃NordPass Autofill

With NordPass, every time I need to enter my credentials in a box I’m presented with two options. I can either choose one of my saved passwords or save a new password in my vault.
-----------------------------------------------

🔐1Password

When I launch 1Password app I see the main view, which is the all items folder. It looks very different from NordPass but is still easy to use. For example, I can add items by simply clicking on the New Item.

🔑Generating passwords with 1Password

1Password has a pass-phrase system and a pin number in addition to the standard customizable password. Just a few clicks, and here we go, a newly baked strong password that is saved.

📃1Password Autofill

I found it to be functional and helpful, but sometimes it requires me to look through my saved credentials in the vaults if there is more than one option to select. While that’s not ideal, 1Password’s autofill still helps and saves a lot of time and effort
-----------------------------------------------

🤖 RoboForm

RoboForm app is very intuitive whether I use it on desktop or mobile. I immediately noticed that everything is laid out in a convenient way. All the tabs being on the left side. I can just find whatever I need through it.

🔑Generating passwords with RoboForm

It lets me generate a customizable password that consists of up to 512 numbers, capital letters, and symbols. Most other password managers has a cap at 100 or lower. While I am not sure how much practical use it has, it’s still kinda neat.

📃Roboform Autofill

I’ve found that RoboForm’s autofill is one of the smoothest I’ve tried and probably on par even if comparing with NordPass. Once I click on the green RoboForm icon, it automatically fills in all the necessary fields.

Final thoughts ➡️

NordPass was the most intuitive on whichever device I used it. Having all the same functionality on mobile and desktop alike and all the apps being structured similarly really helps. Meanwhile, 1Password was really easy to use as well, and I found their family plan to be highly customizable. Lastly, Roboform is also a good beginners option with all required and easy-to-use basic features, besides, it’s really affordable.
