Der Baum des Lebens. Ein weit verbreitetes Symbol. Anläßlich eines 90 jährigen Geburtstages habe ich dieses Symbol verwendet um ein Jubiläumsrelief zu erstellen.
In diesem Video zeige ich, wie mit Hilfe einer CNC- Portalfräse, dieses Relief entsteht.
Eine ca. 50 cm große Baumscheibe wurde mit der CNC Fräse beidseitig Plan gefräst. Anschließend die in ViaCad erstellte und in Estlcam bearbeitete Schrift, gefräst. Das Motiv des Baumes wurde ca. 6mm tief gefräst.

The tree of life. A common symbol. On the occasion of a 90 years birthday I used this symbol to create a jubilee relief.
In this video I show how this relief is created with the help of a CNC portal milling machine.
An approx. 50 cm big tree disc was milled on both sides with the CNC milling machine. Then the font created in ViaCad and edited in Estlcam, milled. The motif of the tree was milled about 6mm deep
