Eight Carat was one NZ's best ever broodmares foaling five individual Group I winners including Octagonal (Zabeel) and Kaapstad (Sir Tristram).
Her breeding dynasty will exist for many years and she is the 4th inductee from Sir Patrick Hogan's Cambridge Stud to enter the NZ Racing Hall of Fame.
