INGREDIENTS ;
Boti washed and cleaned -500 gms
Oil - 5-6 tbsp
Green chilli -4
Onions-2 finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste -2 tsp
Turmeric power - 3/4 tsp
Red chilli powder-3/4 tsp Water 3 1/2 glasses
Chopped coriander leaves - 2-3 tbsp
Coconut ground - 5-6 tbsp
homemade garam masala powder ( cinnamon,cloves, green cardamom powder ) - 1/4 tsp
