I know this is not my usual subject matter, but I bbq a lot with lump charcoal and I think this is a process worth sharing. In this video I use apricot, plum, and apple tree branches to make some excellent lump charcoal. The set up involves a 55 gallon drum with a lid, and a wide section of culvert. The fuel was just scraps from around the place. I good way to clean up and create something useful at the same time!
