Lauki ki Savji - Try this sabji as shown kn the video. We should not remove bottle Gourd skin , try to keep it's skin cut in to small pieces and add simple tadka ,add bottle gourd pieces and garnish with freshly grated coconut. Finally cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Do not cook in cooker or else it breaks it's nutrients.
This sabji is good for skin ,diabetic person ,increases zinc level and helps to maintain weight but condition is no more oil ,no masala
just simple and tasty lauki . Try it out and comment down your views .
