Hey guys! In this vlog, I will take you to Sikkim India.

I have started this vlog from Siliguri SNT bus stand and took a bus for Namchi. The bus for Namchi was an AC bus and costed me Rs 660 for 3 of us. Namchi is the capital of the district of South Sikkim in the Indian state of Sikkim. After reaching Namchi we had lunch in SNT canteen and took another bus for Ravangla. This time we got a non AC bus which costed Rs 40 per person.
After reaching Ravangla, I checked in to a hotel called The Ravangla Skyview and visited my first attraction Tathagata Tsal (Buddha Park). The distance of this park from Ravangla bus stand is just 1 km and you can easily walk up there. The statue was dedicated to lord buddha on the 25 May 2013 by the 14th Dalai Lama and gained a place in the Himalayan circuit.

My second stop for the day was NIT Sikkim, as my brother was studying there so I thought to cover that place too.

On our next day, I and Shikhar left for Gangtok. We took a shared cab from Ravangla to Singtam and paid Rs 120 per person and changed to another cab from there for Gangtok and paid Rs 70 per person.


After reaching Gangtok, I found that it'd be my last day there and everybody has to leave Sikkim. Due to increasing coronavirus cases in India, Sikkim government closed its borders for all the travellers from outside Sikkim and everyone got 2 days of time to leave Sikkim, and unfortunately, we had to leave Sikkim.

I hope to complete this series in future.
