Hats have been essential accessories through the past 5 centuries of fashion, whether l like them or not. To avoid my historical costumes being incomplete, I did some hot-glue millinery to decorate two hats with feathers and flowers! . . . while complaining lots, and talking about how intimidating historical accuracy can be. These hats are based on the Gainsborough or "Picture Hat" styles of the 1780s, 1890s, and 1900s/Edwardian era.
