Addiction does not have to be hidden in the dark. It needs to be exposed and brought to the light. We must understand what addiction looks like physically, spiritually, and the negative effects it has on surrounding lives. This helps us to be able to recognize it, minister to others, and heal from it. Chances are if you are reading this, you or someone you know has an addiction. Whether it be drugs, sex, work, or food, addiction is a mountain to be conquered. I specifically want to speak on drug addiction, however, it may be applicable to any of these strongholds.
