The main concept of this channel is a video as a timer. One video, one task of the day.

When I use Youtube, I check the progress bar and am very concerned about time. So I think the video can be a better timer paired with my familiar scene and sound without substantive content with the progress bar.
Since my near ADHD (Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) symptoms got worse, I made these videos to control my behavior, manage my life, study, and work.
