In 2020, two journalists were inspired by the George Floyd protests to look deeper into the racial wealth gap in this country. Their exhaustive research went back to slavery and their findings were stark. Black people in this country have faced barriers to achieve wealth at every turn. We'll hear more from Ebony Reed, co- author of "15 cents on the Dollar: How Americans Made the Black/white wealth gap."
