I am primarily a carnivore these days. I only eat a few veggies, but I do LOVE growing them. It is a fun hobby. I really only eat the ones I grow. I can and dehydrate them to save them for the winter. I grow way more than I can eat, so I give the rest away. I have given them to restaurants, people at work, and the food pantry at my church.
