Following last week’s poor presidential debate performance, President Biden is now trying to demonstrate that he has the physical and mental stamina for this year's campaign and beyond.
On Tuesday night, Biden apologized to supporters at a closed-door fundraiser, saying international travel ahead of the debate “wasn't very smart,” saying he almost fell asleep on stage and didn't listen to his staff.
The White House has announced a packed post-July 4th schedule, with Biden expected to campaign in Wisconsin, travel to Pennsylvania, hold a solo press conference, and interview with ABC in the days ahead.
