The dish consists of deep fried chicken into bite-sized pieces and subsequently coated with the sweet and sour sauce.

Ingredients:
Marinate:
400 g Chicken Thighs
1 TSP Garlic
1 TSP Ginger
2 TBSP Light Soy Sauce.
Pepper
Coating:
1 Cup Cornstarch
Oil for frying
Sweet and Sour Sauce:
1/4 Cup White Vinegar
1/3 - 1/2 Cup Water or Pineapple Juice
1/4 Cup Ketchup
3 TBSP Brown Sugar
2 TSP Cornstarch
Stir Frying:
1 Medium Onion
1 Garlic Clove
1/2 Red Pepper
1/2 Green Pepper
1 Cup Pineapple Chunks
Note:
For 2nd fry - Let the chicken cool down first then fry for 1 minute. This process makes the chicken more crispy.
